|Recommended: YesThe Journey So Far Mr. Terry 10 10 — Great experience so far The process has been streamlined and user friendly the buildings and lease offices are well maintained and up to date. The staff has also been informed, friendly and flexible with me my memory isn’t the best sometimes but they have been very patient.
|Recommended: YesTerry and Shannon in the office are terrific. I am so excited to get moved into this place. All the residents are amazing and friendly and they have office dogs that are adorable. I have moved 6 times in 4 years and now I am will be home. Thank you to the amazing team at Quality Hill.

|Recommended: YesI Love It So Far — Every staff member we have interacted with at Quality Hill has treated us with nothing but respect. Coming from a living situation where my property staff was extremely inconsiderate, moving to Quality Hill has been a breath of fresh air. They are efficiently responded to all of concerns, found us the exact apartment that met all of my and my bestfriends needs, and have been just extremely kind overall. The only reason I gave construction quality a 4 5 is because the bedroom and bathroom doors in our apartment don't have locks and the bedrooms don't have a light source, but that is easily fixed with a lamp. Besides those couple of things, everything is PERFECT and we love our new home

|Recommended: YesSolid Option For Long-Term Living — Upon moving to Kansas City from Chicago, I wanted to find a place that was reasonably priced and a good value. This living community is the place. You have everything you could possibly need and a staff that's available to address any issue. Is it sleek and modern, no, but that's not what I was looking for. I'd describe it as traditional and cozy. The buildings are well kept and what's nice is each unit has its own HVAC and water heater in addition to washer dryer.

|Recommended: YesEnjoying — I’m truly enjoying living at quality hill. The only thing I wish I knew before moving in was about the amenities. The pool isn’t opening for the second summer in a row which is a big bummer

|Recommended: Yes11 10 — Great place to live. Was under horrific management first few months. Management changed, and is now timely, friendly, responsive, and dependable. They care about their property. Maintaince is additionally wonderful now, which it was not prior. I love living here now. Perfect location. Lots of street parking available for visitors, guests nearby.

|Recommended: YesQuality Place To Live — I have really enjoyed living here so far, the staff are very friendly and professional. Maintenance is always handled in a timely manner and the apartments are very spacious. Community areas such as courtyards and hallways do sometimes look a little disheveled but actual resident apartments are very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool is still not in service

|Recommended: YesLove The Condo And Location — I love living in the townhouse, and the location is superb. It's right downtown but feels like it's in a small neighborhood. There's a lot of charm here, and THREE dogs parks are within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Somewhat recently, the entire staff was replaced, and it is for the better, because I feel like I can work with this staff to address any issues I may have.
