|Recommended: YesI Love It Here But…. — The parking garage is crazy and messy. I love the apartment and the people who work for it is great. The apartment building is always clean. The noise issue is the outside of the apartment building too.

|Recommended: YesGreat Living Experience — I just renewed my lease for another year. I am so happy to live here My apartment is exactly what I needed wanted and the staff has been above and beyond with helping me feel at home. I have even made some friends in my building. I most definitely recommend anyone who wants to live downtown, to move here. It's close by downtown but tucked away just enough to feel more like a neighborhood.
|Recommended: YesI had such an amazing experience with the leasing team at Quality Hill this morning I was greeted and welcomed from the as soon I walked in the leasing office. This team really knew how to take care of a future renter. What turned out to be an in-person tour, quickly became a FaceTime tour for my son who was needing the apartment. I guess he could feel the warmth and respect of this team, because he had already started the application process before our tour was over I cannot wait to have my son living so close again and knowing that he's in a great community Thank you for such an amazing experience today
|Recommended: YesGreat Layout And Much Larger Than Most Properties In The Area — Logan is awesome and so is Darren. I had to move quickly and they both went well out of their way to help and both have a great sense of humor.
