|Recommended: YesFun Location At A Good Price. — Excellent location, downtown living at a good price. Loved all the natural lighting and the first floor entry made the apartment feel like our own space, and being able to have my grill on the patio area elevated the utility of this apartment.

|Recommended: YesVery Secure And Friendly Environment — I would tell them that my experience here has been great. The neighbors are friendly. I did move in during the Covid lockdown so unfortunately I wasn't able to get to use the pool this past Summer. I will be looking forward to this summer. There is onsite security and our buildings are locked up tight so you feel safe, especially since I live alone.

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here, Wish There Was An Elevator — Very comfortable. I only wish there was an elevator in my building. I rented site unseen and i was very pleasantly surprised

|Recommended: YesLove The Atmosphere — Quality Hill is a wonderful, beautiful place to call home In my opinion you can't beat it I'm close to everything exciting or just a street car ride away. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, Power and Light Historic Downtown Library. one of my favs Nice to park the car for the weekend and ride my bike, walk, or St. Car around for anything else we might need Thank you to the Quality Hill Team for being so great The maintenance is incredibly responsive to problems and they are the kindest people. Same with the office team. I have already referred a friend whom lives in the bld across the street from me now great downtown life we live

|Recommended: YesHelpful Management Who Work To Accommodate Needs. — When dealing with a noise problem, the apartment staff were quick to help me and meet my needs by letting me switch buildings. They were kind, professional, and extremely helpful.

|Recommended: YesGreat Value, Location, And Even Better Staff — The Quality Hill staff were always very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Their professionalism and customer service skills do not go unnoticed and my roommate and I really appreciated their timeliness in answering questions and responding to maintenance requests. We had our AC stop working at the beginning of the summer, and they had it fixed and working full force within the week My only complaint would be that the street noise from Broadway was startling sometimes with loud motorcycles or cars, but that comes along with living off a busy road. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Quality Hill and would definitely recommend living here to a friend

|Recommended: YesQuality Hill Apartment Living — Maintenance happens quickly, even if it isn't that important. They are always changing the flowers out front, which is small but a really nice thing to do. I feel like communication is always happening and they always let you know what is going on. I really enjoy living here and every one that I've met that works here is super nice and friendly.

|Recommended: YesTownhome Experience Was Nice. Liked Street Access. — Smack in the middle of KC. Easy access to Overland Park, the Northland, and Legends area. While also being near everything downtown. It's like living in a nice neighborhood in the craziness of the city.
